I am vain about my teeth and insist on having them white as can be. I have used several different brands of whitening strips, usually I buy the name brand at the big box stores but they are getting super pricey. This product comes with 7 days worth of Teeth Whitening Strips, so, at the time of this review they were just over $2 per pair. You only have to wear them for 30 minutes versus an hour on my normal brand which I like and they actually taste minty and refreshing unlike my name brand strips which leave a gross taste in your mouth. They stick really well to your teeth and seem a tad bit longer than my normal strips which is good. The bad part is when you try to remove them they don't seem to want to come off. I really had to pull and the first time I used them I was actually getting worried for a second that they had become one with my teeth. Hard to say how well they work since my teeth are already fairly white and I use products like this for maintenance so there wasn’t a dramatic before and after on the teeth color chart for me using them for a week.

Easy to use teeth whitening strips. Easy to apply. Not a bad taste, better than other products with hydrogen peroxide. I used the 7 treatments but didn’t really see a difference. No clear timeframe on when I should see results, and for best results they suggest adding another product from them.

There are tons of these types of teeth whitening strip kits out there, and one of the biggest issues that I always run into is the strips tend not to stay put. They end up moving, or having too much peroxide which practically foams them off of your teeth. These Niveus Whitening Strips stayed exactly where I placed them, and I actually had to pull them off, instead of them nearly falling off like other brands. They seem to do a pretty good job, I noticed a difference after a I used the full treatment. If you have sensitive gums, you may want to space the treatments out more as the peroxide style chemical will agitate your gums and possibly retract them a tiny bit. This is only a temporary issue and most should fine them no different then using a strong peroxide toothpaste. Now these didn't make everything sparkly white, if you want that type of difference, you need a professional whitening done at a dentist office, which strips never come close to. However, for the price point, the ease of use at home, and the fact that you can use them whenever you want, they are a good value, and a great item to keep in medicine cabinet. I gave them 5 Stars and would get them again.

Lots of products don't seem to work for me and this is no exception. Why 3 stars then? Well, the instructions were clear, the packaging inoffensive, and the whole application experience wasn't unpleasant.

These work really well. They stay put once you get them on too. Sometimes better than some of the name brands. they work just as well if not better to whiten your teeth with no added sensitivity.

In the past, whitening strips bothered my sensitive teeth, made them feel weird and almost achy. Times have changed though and I was eager to try again. I had no issues with this product. My teeth feel fine. Easy to use. Two strips in each individual packet. Tear it open, peel off the top (larger) piece from the plastic, apply to your clean, mostly dry teeth. Do the same with the bottom. Run around and do your errands or chores for half an hour, and then remove. Repeat for 6 days. I will update accordingly, as to the whiteness of my teeth but I can say these are easy and do not cause any issues for sensitive teeth. Nice mint flavor--not too strong.
