Q: Is it universal oil or medicated oil? The picture shows both.. so am confused..

This is "medicated" oil with 26% menthol USA veesion; not as effective as "universal" oil with 20% menthol formula by Leung Kai Fook, Singapore.

Q: Does this version contain eucalyptus?

yes it contains eucalyptus oil. This not only provides relief but actually promotes healing. For me it took about 3 days to notice the difference. I used it for muscle and tendon damage and it actually helped extremely well. I swear by this stuff it's amazing!

Q: Is the manufacturer Singapore?
