Ok ladies! We have all been there! Summer is here and you want to Look great in a new swimsuit right? That is what brought me here and this is my story…I ordered this with the initial intent to wear under a bathing suit that I bought online and loved how flattering it is, but don’t love how my lower stomach looks in it. I ordered this on a whim and can honestly say that under shorts and pants it makes me feel great! It did not work as hoped under my swimsuit, because It ended up showing more lumps especially around the back roll area than I wanted it to. BUT! that’s not the products fault.. I was just making a last ditch effort to feel better in a swimsuit. I am totally keeping it for other attire, bc it is really comfortable and is the perfect length for my torso (I have a short one). I do recommend however if you have a flat butt like I do, to go with full coverage back there, bc it can’t give ya what you don’t have and on me, it gives and extra crease under the cheeks that doesn’t need to be there. For Fat bottomed girls, it would make the world go round!!! Other than that, love it! I ordered the 3xl based on other reviews. Not exactly sure what I weigh, but I am short and curvy. I don't know if this is just meant for certain body types or what, but no matter what size I tried in this thing, it cut my cheeks off half way and made it look like I had a double butt going on?? I don't even know.. seriously.. might work for some but definitely was a waste of time and money for me.. and I'm not even a big girl mind you, (which I feel like this should still work for all beautiful body types if thats whats being promoted in the first place!!) I'm what you consider to be average, short/ petite, little bit of thighs going on, an average booty, and small waist.. but I will never try one of these "things" and I say "thiiing" quite loosely in this situation, ever again sadly.. And to make matters worse, I'm most positive I received a nasty used returned one too because tags were pulled off and that may or may not honestly even be a part of it, but it was like it was unwrapped previously, and then the packaging was just stuck back into the bag with the product tucked back in on top of that?? Like it got returned and then just thrown back into the mail for the next unsuspecting person.. 'me'.. and not even inspected or sanitized/ reset before being sent back off again, Just on to the next person like whatever! That part alone makes me very much so question the integrity of this company or the Amazon wearhouses or both, whichever.. But I was quite mortified to even try this thing on so not only did I wipe down the private areas before trying it on, but I sprayed it with disinfectant spray too and left a thong on that wouldn't interfere with trying this on over it. but it was just sad y'all.. straight up baffled at what an absolute nightmare this thing was/ waste of effort, time money etc etc.. SO.. I absolutely do NOT recommend this 'thing' P.E.R.I.O.D.! in my honest opinion.. doesn't matter how you try to lift or tuck or adjust yourself in any which way, it just doesn't work.. isn't flattering.. isn't 'sexy' and definitely doesn't lift.. whatsoever.. unless your kink is all about a double butt and that makes you feel sexy somehow?.. if so then you do you booboo ! Kudos to you for making it work!! But as far as my opinion goes, youve been warned babes..! 😘😮‍💨 If you're feeling anything I've said here at all, just stick to a different kind of shapewear that has that lifting feature included ! I bought another brand (Jason&Helen) of an identical item in a size Xl-2X, and it was too big. I bought this Gotly brand in a M/L thinking it was the same brand and just the next size down, and this brand was even bigger! I didn't want to wait until I exchanged it to get an item that fit me, so I figured it would be faster to just buy another. I went by reviews not the size charts on either brand. My body is oddly shaped, at the moment, I'm 5'3 a year ago I lost 120lbs in less than a year due to my illnesses (ended up down to 105lbs). Then over the last 4 months I started rapidly gaining weight basically all in my belly, no change in diet, or anything, a total of 65lbs. So I'm now 170lbs. Pretty sure it's related to my underactive thyroid. But the issue I had was this was it is not at all lifting in the butt area, and there was so much extra room all over. I was able to stick both of my hands in all areas and stretch the fabric out. I'm not super familiar with shapewear, as I've only owned 2 maidenform high Waist belly bands that I've been very pleased with. But I know that they aren't supposed to be loose, as that defeats the purpose. Hopefully I'll find a size and brand that fits me well eventually.

Does ok at the butt lift, not great. Normal amount of waist compression. Seems well made.

Okay so I ordered this and I’m not completely unsatisfied nor extremely happy with it. It says true to size on the Info, however when you swipe and it shows you the sizes it says 14-16 to order a 3XL I’m usually a 1xl and I’m a 14-16 I’m 210 pounds 5’3. It fit me but wasn’t snug or lifted my butt… I would of been completely fine with a 2xl. It feels like I’m just wearing a tank top under. Isn’t really holding much in nor lifting anything and I think that’s only because I should of sized down so the sizing is misleading

I am a curvy girl. I definitely have curves. I don’t have a hourglass figure when I put this on. It made my butt look really weird. It didn’t fit correctly. This shape where is intended for people that already have a good looking body. Not the women that actually have curves and hip dips.
