I bought this gua sha tool 2 months ago and it worked really well but it stopped switching on . I contacted Numour's office and was given a replacement. I thank you for the replacement and good customer service. The product quality is good and the heat mode provides facial relaxation .Overall it's a worthy buy.

Got this product and within a month it became non functional. First its micro current was not working and later it stopped working. Can't return as the return date is expired.

Loved this product.. The quality, experience, look & feel of this product was really good. Specially loved the feature of hot & cold massage, with literally a press of button i could choose a warm or a cold massage. Felt very easy and very pampered. It also has LED which i was on watch out for, specially for smooth clear skin it really works well. I have been using it as a replacement to my jade stone roller with face oil, it is very easy and less effort. DO give it a try, worth the money!

Goat has helped improvement in terms of skin feeling tighter and firmer. Definitely recommend !! I’ve never really believed in skincare tools- they always felt gimmicky to me. So I was a bit skeptical about Goat by Numour. But I ended up buying it out of curiosity cz I saw a lot of celebrities use it on Instagram and also cz I wanted to give my routine a bit of a boost. I’ve been using it for the past 2.5 months morning and night after applying my serum. So I’ll do my usual face wash + toner, then apply vitamin C (in the AM) or retinol/niacinamide (in the PM), and then use Goat for few minutes. The way it helps products absorb is next level. My skin feels plumper, smoother, and somehow more “awake”- like it’s actually absorbing the good stuff instead of just sitting on the surface. Loving the difference it makes to my skin.

It’s not powering up and doesn’t charge . Not even once it’s charging. No number to reach product support.

I have been using different massage stones but the electric rechargeable one was a new thing and it surely did not disappoint. First of all it is a three mode led device with one mode having hot therapy and one mode having cold therapy. The last one has EMS which I am yet to try. The cold therapy was really amazing. I am skipping my ice globes now because this makes it so much more easier. The build is good and the device comes with a travel pouch. So far looks like a great decision :) Edit: moved to 4 star after use. Mostly because of the accompanying pouch quality. Something to fix. Edit: really wowed. Jawline has improved a lot since I started using this. My sister has purchased another one after seeing mine.
