I’ve had neck and shoulder pain within the last several months to a year that has slowly increased causing numbness and pain down my arms. I was told by my dr to try a new pillow first because it’s worse when I wake up and this was highly recommended. I tried it last night and I woke up feeling incredibly better! No pain at all and I slept so much better for the first time in months at the least! Well well worth the money!!

It took me about a week to get used to sleeping comfortably on this pillow, but after that learning curve was over, it's been great! I very rarely wake up with a neckache and headache anymore. This pillow has brought me so much relief and comfort. It's not as thick and hard as the other brand I tried and sent back. As you get used of this pillow you can find all kinds of ways to adjust it for different sleeping positions etc. I REALLY like it and am so pleased I found it and bought it!By the way, I had been happily using a very good and comfortable Posturpedic pillow for years but as my back and neck problems worsened I knew I needed a pillow with specific neck support and this one fits the bill. My only concern is how much actual "pillow life" it will have? Even if it wears out sooner than I hope I will replace it with same.

I bought this a few months ago and it's not bad. It looks like it should cradle your head but I find myself sleeping on the edge of it, on my side. It's not uncomfortable but I still have its replacement, a shredded latex pillow and I'm not sure if I needed to buy this one.My old pillow took a full-sized pillowcase, this one doesn't take a pillowcase, You have to take off the cover and wash it. It's a little tricky to put back on. It's not high-thread cotton and it's started to pill.I bought this pillow on a whim but not sure it was a necessary purchase.

Really supportive and comfortable

This pillow is amazing I used to use 2 pillows at night. I would wake up and have such a kink in my neck It was awful now I'm sleeping straight thru the night. I've slept for the past 2 days with that pillow and it is amazing complete comfort no neck pain.So far so good Will update after 2 weeks

I don’t like it. It’s not good for me

I'm glad I took a chance on this pillow. 1 week in and my neck pain has greatly reduced which has also helped my hip pain and plantar. No joke. I didn't realize how much my other pillow was too thick and caused me to not be able to sleep on my left side and caused me to wake up in a stiff neck.

I have been using this pillow for a couple of weeks now. I had a shoulder injury several years ago which required surgery. Before this pillow I woke up with shoulder pain almost everyday. This pillow lifts my neck so that there is no pressure on my shoulder and I now wake up pain free.
