Why did you pick this product vs others?:For Voice calling primarily and to reduce bluetooth usage.Comfort:Not so comfortable if you are used to inear type of earphones.Easy to connect with iphone lighting connector, build quality is ok, try to use it carefully for long lasting, since its white it will become dull sooner or later but that's expected.Sound quality:Without any noise cancellation or isolation if you use it in quite enviornment then it's good at 60-70 % volume with good music and vocal quality.i wish there were in ear type for better noise cancellation. Value for money:Could be cheaper.

I recently purchased a pair of Lightning Earpods and I’m extremely disappointed. As soon as I plugged them into my iPhone, I noticed the sound was still coming from the phone’s speakers — not the earphones.It seems like the iPhone doesn’t even recognize that anything is plugged in. I tried restarting the phone, cleaning the port, and testing on another device, but nothing worked. The earphones look like regular Lightning Earpods, but they simply do not function.It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t work at all.
