Amazon Essentials Women's Short-Sleeve Waisted Maxi Dress (Available in Plus Size)

Basic maxi dress, very flattering and comfortable. I especially love this print (although it would be nice to have it with some color). Fabric is soft, not too thin or see thru. I always order based on bust size but there is some stretch to it. The only thing missing is pockets — that would make this a truly perfect dress.

This dress is a joke. Amazon dropped the ball here. Was looking for this color to match my Mohegan sandals. Only thing right is the color. It's as shown. A rust,bronze sun orange. As you know there's no pockets which is fine would of been a plus but the cut is TERRIBLE. If you are taller than 5'6. I would NOT buy. I'm 5'10 slim thick build 36DD-E dress came to about my calf. My adult daughter laughed at how it looked on me :( . I don't have a huge behind so that didn't cause a rise issue lol. One of my sisters tried it on. I was going to give it away to her she's around 5'7 it came just below the calf way above the ankle she said no thanks lol. Dress looks silly sis. The material is terribleeee! Like a cheap dress you buy from China that takes months to come where you have to buy a XXL just to fit a medium or a cheap costume you buy for a child and dispose. It's see through as well,box shape the waist is falls odd. Makes it look like you have a super long torso and short legs. Nothing like the other dresses I buy that gathers under the breast above the waist that doesn't bring any attention to the stomach area. The Design and quality here is off. The bottom falls odd kind of unfinished looking. Would of been nice to pair with wedges, sandals,flats,or a good old pair of converses with a cropped Jean jacket. Easily dressed up or down. NOT with this dress. I'm soooo thankful for the try before you buy option. Even if you are quite short. You will not like the fit unless you plan to wear around the home,sleep in it. The material seems like it won't breathe or be comfortable because of the material though. I learned my lesson. $23 is too much for this item. Should be $13 and that's a stretch.
