Second time purchase. Ahead of schedule both times slight fault with the dipsticks they had been contaminated I contacted seller and had them replaced within the day 100% amazing will be my summer go to for my children's paddling pool every time

Bought some chemicals from you online, which arrived quickly and were reasonably priced. We are new to this so chose a starter pack. From the name we thought that it would include what we need to start up our hot tub. (There is a precedent for this assumption- my starter motor starts my car, for example, it doesn’t nearly start it). The problem is that when you open the pack and read the leaflet inside, you find that you also need an anti-foam agent when first starting your hot tub.So it isn’t a starter pack is it? It’s an almost-starter pack, a frustratingly-close-to-starter pack. We now have to order (from elsewhere, naturally, just in case you miss out any more vital bits) anti-foam before we can start using our hot tub. Can I suggest you either include this in your pack or change the name to something more accurate- perhaps an “almost there pack” or a “disappointment pack”
