This is the real deal
This whole bit of self improvement sounds insane, but if you're on that train already... this is a medically acceptable piece of equipment, standard to testing done. It's not one of those crazy cheap products advertising more "needles" than has been proven therapeutically useful, this is the correct count amd contains actual individual needles unlike those crazy pizza-cutter contraptions cluttering amazon. I've used this multiple times in several sensitive places. Follow best practices and cleanliness (LOTS OF SANITIZING) and as amazing as it seems, it works. I've lifted deep stretch marks, brought them from purple to, well, normal but still a bit shiny (we take what wins we get) and firmed up mildly sagging skin. It's painful but it does actually work.

Works well, easy to use
It came with excellent packaging. I have not used a Derma Roller before, or had any microneedling treatments. I got it to use for my face, neck and scalp. With the focus being on my head, the top front, where my hair is thinning. I have not had it long enough to state any results but apparently (according to a NIH article) to see results of hair thickening it should take approximately twelve weeks, if you use Minoxidil with it. is a weird prickly feeling - it could be painful, but you have control over that depending on the amount of pressure you use. I started easier and then increased the pressure once I became more used to using it. I like the look of this particular roller with the gold and silver metal color. It provides directions on how to use it and how to clean it. When I started looking at derma rollers I was surprised to see how inexpensive they were, for what you get. I hope to see results in the coming weeks, in the meantime I am committed to using this tool 1-2 times a week.

Works well for a derma roller
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works as intended albeit a little pricy!

Nice quality!
I was unsure about buying this but am very satisfied with the tool so far. It does sting just a bit from the needling but it’s to be expected.

Great for stretch marks
Got this for clearing up pregnancy stretch marks and while I don’t use it consistently at all, when I do I feel it works great! Very sharp but not painful, easy to use, I would recommend!

Ouch!
The device is well made... No complaints there. The roller is narrow making it difficult to keep it flat on the skin when rolling your head. My real issue is that it hurts...a lot. I have a pretty high pain threshold, but I couldn't take it at anything more than light pressure. It felt something like slicing your head with a razor. Consider yourself forewarned.

Noticeable Results with Consistent Use
This microneedle roller does exactly what it claims. I’ve been using it for several months and have seen noticeable improvements in my skin texture, as well as a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. I use it once a week, and my skin is typically red for about 8–12 hours afterward, so it’s best used at night before bed. I’m very happy with the results and like it so much that I’ve already ordered a second one to have on hand when this one wears out.
