Q: Do you need to use distilled water?

I don't use distilled water and I use my Evoloop every morning for 5 hard boiled eggs. I only eat the white's, so hard boiled allows for the easiest separation, and 20 minutes total boiling time.

Q: Can you cook dumplings in this ?

I don’t think that’s necessary however I can’t find my instructions

Q: 120ML for Poached eggs made the yolk overcook so they aren't runny. How much water should I put for poached eggs with runny eggs?

It depends on how much eggs you want to poach. I use 40 gr [40 ml] water per egg. And cook for no longer than 7 minutes. I use Alexa as a timer.
