I have been using this machine for the last 6 months, and it has changed how I have coffee. I barely go to a coffee shop now for my cappuccino cravings. The pros are as follows: Tiny compact size Both Nespresso pods and ground coffee are compatible Makes excellent espresso and lungo Cappuccino is also excellent if you add a little more espresso from the same pod afterwards. You can make 3 cups one after the other (you need to change the pods, though), so it's great for guests. You can manage your milk by adding extra frothing Milk frother attached Easy to clean and maintain Cons: The frother can be a little inconsistent, but you have to get the hang of it. The tray area is short if you have certain 300ml cups. But if you remove the drip tray at the bottom, then no problem. Cappuccino temperature is warm but not hot, but 30 secs in the microwave does the job for me.

I also received free coffee capsules as a gift, which was such a thoughtful surprise! One small suggestion for improvement would be to include more coffee options on the display – that would make the experience even more versatile. Initially, rated five star stating a good to have product for Coffee lovers, convenient to use and easy to maintain. However, within two months the machine stopped brewing coffee. There is no after sale service. The support service fellow has no training on this model rather he has not seen this model before. He has solution for a different model but nothing to offer on this model. Now, he too has gone dark. Company does not respond. A sales person could be contacted who gave an out of service mobile number of someone from service leaving no clue as to what to do next. Escalated the matter to the CEO of the company on LinkedIn, however, she blocked me soon after. Company called today 29th April 2025 and asked for removal of above feedback saying it was impacting them. And warned that unless it is taken away there won't be any support from them. Investment of Rs 14 thousand plus is lost.
