Had my pillow close to a weeek now ordered the king size , love it the first night it didn’t get completely expanded but I didn’t change positions once during the night and went into a very deep sleep which I haven’t had for a long time, it’s nice and firm but comfortable and supportive. My dr has told me with mattresses and pillows you need them as firm as you can tolerate because firmer is better for you than too soft .I loved it so much I ordered another to give to my mom on her 73 rd birthday in January, she has neck and back problems and I think she will enjoy it too . The pillow is comfortable and was helpful to my neck pain. It helped to keep me lying straight for ease of pain. I did get a good nights sleep. I am thinking of buying another. I didn’t put a cover on it so it got a little dirty pretty quick. But I am still using it. It had a good feel.

Some Quick notes: The pillow itself comes with it's own pillow case with a button in the middle to hold it in-place where the head sits. I don't feel the button at all. It is wide and has a nice smooth rounded surface. I haven't decided which side I enjoy sleeping on more (rotating around top vs bottom; not the flipping over... that would be awkward) After opening the pillow, I did allow it to sit on my desk while it fully puffed out; Took about a day to fully plump out from it's rolled up packaged form. There was no odor. I’ve used it for years now. Basically solved any downsides of side sleeping for me. No more shoulder squish or unsupported neck and even has a slot for your bent arm and head so you won’t even roll at night.

I've tried 3 different types of ergonomic pillows and this is by far the best. My neck does not hurt anymore and the side-sleeping is comfortable with spaces for arms on each side. I think that this helped get rid of my frozen shoulder but that could be a coincidence. Highly recommended!
