Delicious
A good product. First time using them so I wasn’t sure how much to add to the buttercream frosting I was making. At the time of making there wasn’t much flavour so I kept adding more but need not have because once the berries softened they released more flavour. Incase you are hoping they will colour buttercream blue just bear in mind they don’t. It came out a pale burgundy, very attractive all the same.

Product is good
The wild blue berry was good but 100g bag finished within a week. I got a different brand for 250g bag which was much more practical. I think you need to introduce 250g or 300g / 400g bags as well. But the price is way too much !
