Absolutely perfect. I have a 2025 Toyota tundra and as usual these engineers position the oil filter in the most inconvenient spot for a DIY oil changer. It’s near impossible to get a wrench and socket attachment comfortably into the area that it needs to go to remove the filter, this attachment made the change so simplistic and straightforward. The “teeth” grip the filter perfectly and you don’t have to worry about it slipping off or the old-school way of oil filter pliers crushing or breaking the filter and creating a mess. This is a great price point as well. Highly recommend to purchase and have on hand for your Toyota oil changes.

Handy little device. Specifically used to remove oil filter. On my newer Genesis, I have a hard to reach oil filter from above next to engine.The oil filter is located in a plastic housing with a 27mm CAP. This is for BMW, Genesis and a host of other new vehicles. YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY change oil and filter yourself without expensive trip to dealer. Thisdevice is used with a smaller 3/8 inch extension and drive. Much easier and saved me a lot of money from expensive trip to dealer. well made item.

Makes short work of the oil filter housing cap on a Chrysler 3.6 l engine. 3/8 drive is handy for using a small torque wrench to get the 18 ft. Lbs on the cap. I like the green color for locating it amidst the myriad of specialty sockets I have. Quality is good. Fit is snug like it should be.Just some free advice,, do not use this to cinch down the cap with a ratchet. The plastic housings become brittle from heat after a while and will crack. 18 foot pounds means just that. The o ring does the sealing, not the tightness of the threads. Use this socket on a reliable torque wrench and go slow. If you crack the housing, it's a very expensive mistake.

There's no way I could've taken the cap off the fuel filter without this socket, at least on my '16 Ram 2500. The cap was on there so tight that it took me literally laying on top of the engine pushing as hard as I could to get it to budge. Any other way to do it would've resulted in a damaged cap, since it is plastic. If you're looking to change your fuel filters then you need this. Don't think about it another second, just get it.

Bought this to remove my oil filter housing. Since it's not very deep, it works great! I like the color because it stands out from my other sockets that are chrome or black.

Works great for my RAM Turbo Diesel Truck for fuel filter changes. Been using another 28mm socket, but I wanted a dedicated one. This is a very shallow 28mm. Note: It is made from aluminum and is 3/8" drive. Don't use it on anything else except to remove the plastic fuel filter cap. For extra leverage and slim profile, I use it on my 3/8" breaker bar.

Was exactly what was needed to remove the fuel filter cap of a 2018 Ram 3500.
