These are absolutely great! I have them most mornings after waking up, especially before a workout. Really feels like it hydrates me and I genuinely seem a bit more together after having one. Not sure if that's the combination of hydration and B vitamins or just one. Certainly helps with a workout too to keep me going. Love the fact there's nothing artificial. I’ve tried both flavours and personally prefer the orange & mango, feels more refreshing and slightly less artificial tasting than the berry one. They do take a while to dissolve but not really an issue, you can break it up and it’ll dissolve quicker if you’re in a hurry.

This is a great product, I use it to keep hydrated and avoid headaches. I also recover from headaches faster when I drink it. Berry tastes nice but mango is horrible. It's sugar free, but also doesn't have horrible sweeteners like aspartame or similar that leave a taste in your mouth for ages. The natural sweetener is good and not over powering. Will buy the berry again, it's on subscription.

Easy to use and great tasting. Takes a little longer than others to dissolve but does just the job.

Loved these for training, have one each day. Done wonders for my cramps and I think it helps with my concentration at work, feel less brain fog. Nice flavour too. Will keep buying 👍🏼

Very easily dissolvable, great taste, no nasty after taste. Use daily to keep up with my hydration. Kind on the stomach too. Grrat value for money. Highly recommend 👌🏾

I really wanted these to work and be a regular in the cupboard -- loved the taste, love the fact there is nothing bad in them and a healthy way to hydrate with flavour in your water. Knocked two stars off as unfortunately, after having one a day for three days, let's just say my digestion didn't agree. Having researched a bit further into it, I think it's the sodium which taking more than you need can have the opposite effect, causing dehydration (internally) and the worst constipation I think I've ever had. Had to buy loads of grapes!
