Prior to buying the Sunwarrior Creatine product, I had never heard of creatine. I did a little research online and found that it helps on a cellular level to give the body more energy. I decided to further investigate it, and found that the best way for this creatine to be used by the body was in the monohydrate micronized form so I bought this product and followed the directions on preloading. I began riding my stationary exercise bike after preloading creatine for a few days and was amazed at the ease I had in exercising for 1/2 hour at a time; my energy stayed constant and on a high level. I'm 72 now and I felt much younger physically with the help of creatine I also love the raspberry flavor. In addition to their formula, that's what sold me on trying their product. Try it you'll like it if not love it.

I was looking for classic benefits of vegan creatine- muscle recovery and injury prevention. However, I’ve noticed that my skin GLOWS as if I’m wearing concealer. This is an amazing add on benefit and shows that my body really needed this creatine for its natural beauty and health benefit. I’ve also noticed an extra burst in my energy while working out making long distance running much easier or feeling stronger while lifting. The taste was a bit much at first so I recommend adding less powder and then upping to the full recommended scoop over time. You’ll get used to it. For reference- I’m a female hitting that “older” close to 40 age and was needing some help with recovery after intense workouts. This did the trick and then some!

As a perimenopausal woman who strength trains, I needed to add this to my routine. I have stomach concerns so the addition of gas wasn’t really enticing. As other reviewers have said, this does not cause a lot of gas that others do, HOWEVER, it is not gas free. Please don’t get this thinking you won’t feel discomfort. If you are already susceptible to reflux or gastric issues, this is your best bet but you’ll still feel it after taking it. Worth it for the obvious benefits. I feel more energetic, stronger, and my workouts don’t hurt as bad.
