ONE PAIR (2 x) lightweight heel raise, constructed from 5 x 3mm layers to provide a total possible lift height of 1.5cm. However the layers can be peeled away to suit the needs of the individual.
For achilles tendon the height can be reduced as the injury gets better for leg shortnening / hip injuries adjust the raise to height required immediately.
One will be required to treat leg length discrepancies, and two for achilles tendon injuries (to maintain balance)
Velour top layer for comfort.
ONE PAIR (2 x) Heel raise in five easy peel layers for easy treatment of achilles tendonitis and to increase height for leg shortening problems • The adhesive used is strong - this prevents the layers coming apart when not required to do so. We recommend applying a little heat with a hairdryer / on a warm radiator to make the adhesive more pliable when you wish to peel away layers.
