Absolutely love this product. I’m always skeptical about products like this but I can literally feel a difference in energy and overall mood within in an hour after taking. The taste is somewhat bland so I started mixing it in Sunny D and that works great. It is a little expensive but I’m on my 3rd bag and getting ready to order my 4th so it is absolutely worth the price IMHO. It also works great if you’re feeling a little hungover.

When it comes to taking supplements, I usually find it hard to tell if they’re making a difference. However, I really enjoy the content and teaching style of the owner, so I decided to give this supplement a try. I’ve been using it for a week, and at first, I wasn’t sure if I was feeling any effects. I recently started a strenuous manual labor job and began taking the supplement in the mornings before work. One day, I missed my dose because I woke up late, and I felt completely drained and exhausted at work. I was tired and in a low mood, but I initially blamed it on poor sleep. The next day, I had a great day and started to reflect on what I did differently. It dawned on me that the only difference was that I had taken the supplement that morning. It became clear to me that I hadn’t noticed its benefits until I went without itOther than that it taste pretty good for what it is . It taste like orange juice and it looks like a high quality supplement . It’s very fine and has a crystal look to it . Most supplements just look powdery from all the fillers and sweeteners.If you are on the fence check out his TikTok he has lots of content around this , supplements , and health in general .If you do strenuous labor , and don’t get too eat good at work I highly recommend giving this a shot .

I’m a supplements freak and have only really been able to tell the different when taking 4 or 5 products. Bacopa, vitamin D, fish oil, TRT and THIS STUFF. After a week of trying it I ordered 4 more bags!! I feel like I have way more energy and I’m way more focused and productive. At first it seemed expensive, but I will gladly pay it for everything that’s in it! Definitely give this a try if you’re on the fence! You won’t be let down!!

Re-ordering for sure; I take it fasted pre-training in the morning most of the time; I usually do pink salt in my morning water; but swapped for this; certainly tastier but feels good; just feeling overall neurological improvement in my training. Literally feel juicy AF when I feel I'm conducting more signaling in my body tissue.My only reason for a 4/5 star is I would love the product even more if there were 0g of sugar altogether and no fructose. I don't think I've noticed an affect on my autophagy in the morning with this, but I still would highly prefer something with 0g sugar or even like 0.5g or something (without going to a erythritol or other b.s. chemical).

Cant get enough of this product. This powder is formulated great, and provides everything you could need. I take this in 6oz of water every single morning before eating and it vastly improves my brain function, and quality of life. I can notice when I do not take this. The taste is alright, however the after taste is pretty disgusting. If you can power through it and get it down you wont regret the results.

This was terrible. After I started taking it more consistently I noticed I would get severe migraines if I didn’t take it so my body was developing some sort of dependence on this. On top of that I felt like I was going crazy because in the evenings I would start having a lot of numbness and tingling in my arms, legs, head and face and increased anxiety and severe cramps. The vitamin B-12 content of this product is 83,000% of your daily value which is extremely unnecessary. It also made my daughter have severe stomach issues and I only gave her a quarter scoop to try.I would be cautious and do your research before taking this product.

Finally a product that does what is says!Amazing how good you feel when you get the minerals your body is craving. I'm so glad I decided to give OM a try.

Tried because my son insisted and I have to say, my stomach hasn’t felt better in 23 years. No joke. I have tried more products than I can recall with little to no help. I am not sure what this is exactly for but this is what it’s doing for me. I am going to order more because I’m afraid to run out. I feel so much better, thank you! Also, it tastes great!!!
