Very good and active little critters. This is one of the few sellers that has nice viable animals.

Nice variety of species/coloration, arrived quickly, very well packaged, clean substrate, healthy and vigorous isos. Some mature springtails even survived shipping which the included instructions indicate is not always the case, with many more on the way once their eggs hatch. Excellent, would purchase again. Separated from the substrate for their glamour shot.

After looking through Amazon’s selection of live bugs… most reviews say their bugs came dead. This particular seller had the least dead bug reviews so I decided to take a leap of faith! The shipping was faster than the expected time and all my springtails and isopods made it alive. I didn’t see any one of them dead. It was packaged well and came with instructions. I would highly recommend this seller!

DOA all isopods dead on arrival. No sign of living springtails 4 hours after arriving. All the pill bugs dead, no food in the container as advertised, container dry, no moisture. One bug looked like it had been squeezed because it's shell was ruptured. Not ready to use as advertised. Not live on arrival as advertised. Complete waste of money.

Well packaged and 100% living. We received 50% traditional grey and 50% colored varieties. We are now the proud parents of a third generation of baby isopods!

The box is well labeled to keep the bugs safe. They are packed very well. Even though the box says not to put in mailbox, my carrier did. These guys were probably in there for a few hours in 80 degree heat. Not a single isopod died. They are all healthy and moving around. I will be purchasing more!

I was horribly wrong about my review! After several months of this clean up crew being in my hermit crab cage, I have found a few different colors. Im not expert, but there are definitely dairy cows or dalmatian, orange, powder blues, all white, and ordinary gray. I've fallen in love with them and decided to separate and keep them to enjoy. I've read not to keep them together if I want all the different species to survive, so I have started several little roly poly homes now. Thank you very much! It was well worth the money and the cleaners are very happy and reproducing in my crab tank.
