Bobibbi Deck Screws #10 x 3’’, T25 Star Torx Drive Flat Head Wood Screws, Tan, 5lb

I have been using these deck screws for all sorts of projects, none of which are for decks! LOL!! But all the project have been outdoor with direct weather and sun exposure. The screws have been performing perfectly!! I used them to complete an out door tortoise enclosure, hangs permanent lighting on an exterior fence/gate and for some out door cedar picket projects. They drive right in with my Dewalt and Flex impact drivers and none have broken, even with my 860 impact, not have any lost any of the coating from being driven by the Torx bit!! And I never drill pilot holes!! LOL!! Great screws and I will be definitely ordering more of all sizes. Completely recommend.

These are good, all purpose screws. I have used them for several years now and they have held up well. I recently took down a deck built with these screws (various lengths) back in 2018. Most of them looked almost as good as when they were installed. There were a few used in the flooring that had rusted badly, but it was mainly due to being driven too deeply. That gives water a place to collect, soak in around the screw shaft and rust away the metal. That’s not the fault of the screws, just poor installation. The ones used in the framing which were more protected, were almost pristine. Good deck screws, good price, good value.

I’ve gone through thousands of screws over the years, and these are among the best I’ve ever used. Every single one drives clean and true — no stripped heads, no deformed tips, no surprises hiding in the box. Each one is the exact length it’s supposed to be. I’ve used them for everything from building a yard fence to mounting attic boards and even making a small ramp for my dogs. Each screw bit cleanly (functions well) into the wood and locked in tight. The tan coating is durable and blends well with deck boards and fencing. What impressed me most was the consistency — I didn’t find a single reject. When I buy screws from big box stores, there’s always a handful that are malformed or half-threaded. Not here. The T25 star drive grips perfectly, so there’s no cam-out even when driving fast with a drill. Five pounds of these go a long way, and it’s clear they’re built for serious projects. The screw’s are screw. They do the job they are interned for. I found numerous screws that weren’t usable because the heads were messed up and couldn’t get the bit to fit. They tightened up well. There were also numerous screws that would not start and I had to use tremendous pressure to get them to go in. Once stated they did well. They seem to be of decent enough quality that I won’t have to go back in a year or two and tighten the baby up.

Bought these specifically to tell a special someone I’d like a good screw. Anyways he built us a bed frame and we may have baby number 3 on the way. I would say the size is average, darker than expected, and can hold the load well. Definitely gets the job the done. Little rough going in, but if you take your time, nothing will rip. Screws are good too.

Have used a couple of hundred of the screws by now, and I am happy with the quality. The finish seems to be nice and consistent.

Did not come with a screwdriver bit, and my new high-end Torx® bits do not fit snugly, so you have to hold the screw to prevent wobbling like crazy. Crappy screws, but certainly cheap compare to most other 6-point screws.
