Improvement with my joint pain
Youre supposed to take 4 but I only take 1-2 to make it last longer and it has improved my knee pain a lot. I injured my knee a couple years back so one of my knees is a bit weaker and I experience pain in it periodically but this has given me the extra support my knee needed.

Hair growth
I've been taking these for 2 weeks and I'm noticing a difference in my hair! I saw it looked fuller in some thinning spots and I had to sit and think wth was I doing differently 🤣 I got these for the skin benefits and had to come check if they were good for hair growth too and sure enough they are! Haven't yet seen any difference in my skin but I also started a new skincare routine so I'm gonna give it more time to see those results. I'll definitely be repurchasing solely for the difference I've seen in my hair, plus you cannot beat the price!! 10/10!
