Probably my favorite purchase this year.
Who would have thought this would be such a game changer.I have always had dry, flaky ear canals that would decide to "molt" every now and then and shed their entire layer of skin in one big piece. Trying to extract it with a q-tip was always a struggle, it would end up wadded and impacted half the time. The plastic "ear cleaner" sticks worked a bit better, but still not great.Washing with a squeeze bulb also worked *okay*, but the skin was usually at least partially still attached so it would take attempts over a couple days usually, the whole time having skin rattling around in my ear, itchy and loud.I came across this thing and was intrigued, but a bit put off by the price. Not that the price is bad, it seems very fair for the quality. More just put off by buying something I didn't need as I figured I can just keep getting by without it and spare the expense.Eventually I ordered it. As soon as it arrived I cleared out a ton of dry skin. One of my ears was "mid-molt" and I was able to peel off and extract the remainder of the skin with the tweezers. It's also very neat and helpful to be able to see your eardrum. I can check my kids for ear infections when cleaning their ears as well. It's an incredible tool! It seems to be very solidly constructed as well. The only things I have had issue with:* The app is a bit weird with all the redundant/ambiguous modes and navigation - it could be a lot simpler and still do the job. Not sure how "lover mode" "kid mode" "elderly mode" etc are at all helpful or necessary. I only use the "regular" mode.* It would be nice to toggle the camera view lock to rotate with the stick or not. It feels a bit awkward sometimes to have the view not rotate when rotating the camera.* The distance from the camera to the tip means that my view is blocked for the outer part of my ear canal on one side due to the geometry. I know that's just a physical limitation and not much can be done, it's just a little annoyance.* Longevity and durability is TBD, I've only had this for around a week now.

Skip this model
I own multiple of the Bebird products, but this one never worked. I’m very disappointed. I reached out to Bebird for help and was told to send a picture. I didn’t, as I felt that was a stupid response… if it was missing pieces or physically broken I could understand being asked for a picture, but it wasn’t. It wouldn’t charge or turn on. I’d be happy to send it back had they asked in order to prove the product was faulty. I purchased another version of the product and it works perfectly.

Does the job. Recommended.
Over the years my earwax seems to have softened and is more and more difficult to remove with drops, like Debrox. Clearing the way with bebird and finishing off with drops leaves my ears clean as a whistle. Absolutely recommended.

Interesting but not sure it will get much use
I got this ear camera because of the tweezers. I've tried other ear cameras before and find them mostly difficult to navigate and remove anything. Well, this one is a little easier to navigate (make sure you choose left or right ear). It's still difficult and time consuming trying to remove wax. It looks like enormous clumps, but they're just tiny specks, and going after one can take several attempts. I'm not adept enough to get much use out of the tweezers. I ended up "scraping" out as much as I could. I think a lot of the "wax" was actually just dry skin too. Honestly, a tweezer gets out at least as much and much faster. I think this magnified view makes me more paranoid that my ears look worse than they do. I'll probably use this occasionally, when I have the time and feel like attempting a deeper clean, but for every day life, I just wouldn't. I don't think most people are going to get enough benefit from this to be worth the money. I do like this tool for what it is and compared to others and think the price ($69.99 plus $12) is reasonable. It came in a sealed box.

Amazing!
This earwax cleaner is the best one I have ever had. The camera is very clear and does not get foggy easily. I also love all of the different attachments to get into different places. I highly recommend it!

Way better than expected!
This is great quality for the price. The ear cleaner has several attachments that go on it, it has a magnetic lid which I think speaks to the quality itself, plus the camera is very clear. The app was easy to figure out as well. The little robotic arm that opens and closes is pretty cool and works well. I was able to get lots of wax out of my children’s ears and it was cool just to be able to look into mine. Overall I’d definitely recommend.

Junk… Might work for a while but just let the pros handle it for you :/
Product worked fine enough (camera was always blurry and device was rather unruly to figure out), but that went down the toilet the instant that the device split in half. In using the product over time, the rubber band around the area you press to close the tweezers started becoming loose so you had to to press harder on the rubber to get it to close fully (if it did at all). This (I assume) led to the middle of the device becoming EVEN MORE of a weak point as the only thing connecting the tope to bottom is a ribbon cable and an extremely thin piece of plastic… Now, I would’ve still rated 3-4 stars were it not for their atrocious customer service. I sent an email to the one they have listed on their Amazon account and was met with a response saying I had to send an email to the representative for my region. Fair enough. So I send the email and nothing. And then I send another one. And then I send another one to my rep, as well as one to every other available rep listed in addition to the one listed on Amazon and guess what? Still nothing. Oh and I forgot to mention that I was willing to pay for repair or replacement despite the fact that they had just released a new model with better/more features that is cheaper than this one. Shaking my damn head 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
