Positive change to driving experience!
As a busy mother constantly on the go, driving my kids to sports, work, and church events, I recently upgraded our 2015 Ford Transit with a 9-inch car multimedia player that integrates CarPlay. Here's my review:**Strengths:**1. **Visibility**: The 9-inch screen is a game-changer. It's large and clear, making it easy to see maps, messages, and music controls at a glance. No more squinting or taking my eyes off the road for too long.2. **Rapid Setup**: Setting up the device was surprisingly quick and straightforward. I had it up and running in no time, which is a huge plus given my hectic schedule.3. **Built-in Speaker**: The built-in speaker is a nice touch. It delivers clear sound, which is great for hands-free calls and listening to music or podcasts while driving.**Weaknesses:**1. **Documentation**: The instructions that came with the device were lacking. They were not very detailed, which made the initial setup a bit confusing. I had to rely on online forums and videos to figure some things out.2. **FM Transmitter**: The FM transmitter feature is quite weak. The sound quality is not great, and it's very quiet, even at full volume. This is a bit disappointing as I was hoping for a better audio experience.3. **Dashboard Support**: The dashboard support for this multimedia player is not ideal. It doesn't fit snugly into the existing dashboard space, which makes it look a bit out of place. Additionally, the mounting hardware provided is not very sturdy, causing the screen to wobble slightly while driving.4. **Power Cord**: The power cord only includes a USB-A connection, which feels outdated. Most of our devices now use USB-C, so it would have been more convenient if the player supported this newer standard.Overall, despite a few drawbacks, the 9-inch car multimedia player has been a valuable addition to our Ford Transit. It has made our drives more enjoyable and safer, especially with the CarPlay integration. If the manufacturer could improve the documentation, FM transmitter quality, and dashboard support, it would be an even better product.

Easy to use and great upgrade!
Initially when I see the reviews from other buyer, I was skeptical as it seems too good for the price. But I have purchased a digital frame from the same company before and I know the screen quality is decent even back few years ago. So I decided to make the purchases myself to trial.Surprisingly it is pretty good and easy to set up. It also comes with back up camera and various cables and a SD card, all in one for the price of $55++.Initially I thought it has basic function only such as navigation and voice call and maybe music player only. But it's surprising to see that it has other apps too such as whatsapp, amazon music, spotify, audible, ?target?, ?chickfilla? and some other apps when I connect my phone directly to the device. So pretty much it magnify my iphone screen. (** I wish there will be video app but I guess it's not safe to drive and watch video at the same time). The screen is clear and bright, and easy to swipe around, no lagging. And you can customize the background by using your own wallpaper, which you can put into SD(comes together). It's also easy to install by plugging in the connection to lighter to device to turn it on, and you can connect your phone by cable(wired) or by BT(wireless). The mount is very adjustable and the suction is very good. I pretty much set up those without even looking at the manual. It also comes with back up camera which I need to get professional mechanic to install for me.In conclusion, happy with my purchase and this item is a good upgrade for those who doesn't have brand new high-end car.

Working intermittently. no LED lights on rearview camera as shown. No rearview camera flipping.
There are so many problems with this item. After receiving this item, I had to get Amazon support to order a replacement. Thinking the replacement unit would work as advertised, but it was not. I finally had to return it.1. The rear camera that I received doesn't look like the one shown in the description. It doesn't have LED lights built into the camera. I thought the replacement would get me a correct one, but it's just the same one.2. The first unit was working intermittently. I use an iPhone, so when I click on Carplay, half of the time it just shows loading but then goes nowhere. When it works, the sound is terrible, the rearview mirror will show a mirrored image. I can not flip the video image. I have two other portable carplay units. In their setups, I can set them to flip the video image. The replacement unit is even worse. When choosing Carplay, it just stucks at the loading screen.

Wobbly mount
I’m not a 100% feeling this. Price was cheap enough to take a risk on it. Screen display is decent, not the best, with polarized sunglasses you might not see it fully. The mount is wobbly. The Aux out is terrible, this feature should be removed. Blue tooth works fine. Software is good, nice features, Apple Carplay has no problem. Not sure about Android since I don’t use Android phones. I don’t use it that often due to the bad mount.

Decent upgrade for my old car but intermittently disconnected
I bought this wireless CarPlay screen for my 2012 Honda Civic and used it for about half a year now. It was for sure a decent upgrade for an old car. The setup for the CarPlay was easy and straightforward, and the touchscreen is big and responsive. The wireless connection is also kind of fast, making Google Map and music streaming convenient. However, I found two drawbacks. First, the installation of the backup camera is complicated and I had to give up. Now I'm only using the CarPlay feature. Second, I found the issue of intermittent disconnection. Once a while, it randomly drops the connection. Sometimes it needs a manual reconnect and sometimes it can re-connect automatically. I also tried wired connection, but it also intermittently disconnected. These can be frustrating while driving. While it works well most of the time, the occasional disconnect makes it less reliable. Overall, it is an okay option since it adds the CarPlay functionality to my old car.
