It's a matter of preference actually depends on when you are planning on using it, you can just buy coconut oil.a Doctor recommended it they wouldn't recommend something that's not Healthy.

Mine arrived okay. Must have been exposed to heat. I just keep mine in a bedroom drawer. No problem.
