PERFECT WHEN YOU NEED YOUR MEDICINE TO STAY REFRIGERATED! STAYED COLD UNTIL I GOT INTO THE HOTEL AFTER MY FLIGHT (6 HOURS), THEN I REFROZE THE INSERTS AGAIN FOR THE NEXT DAY TO GET ON OUR CRUISE (5 HOURS). WORKED PERFECTLY AND FOR A VERY GOOD VALUE!

The case is small and compact, but still provides some helpful insulation, especially if packed inside clothing or other insulation material. The included ice pack is also handy.

Great little carrier for domestic travel. The ice pack lasted long enough for me to get from house to hotel with a 2.5 hour flight and 45 minute train ride. Probably 6-7 hours total elapsed time. The pen wasn't cold when I finally put it in the minifridge, but it was cool.

Ths case s invaluable for taking my insulin outside with me n summer. The case keeps the insulin pen cool and stable.

This was great to travel with for my injectable medication. It stayed cold almost 7 hours but was done at that point.
