dont wasste your money
Fitted the lens guards properly and went out with them today on my motorbike for the first time, got home and one of them is missing. A lot to pay for something that isn't going to stay on the camera. Shocking video quality too. I cleaned the camera lens before putting them on straight from the packet and the orbs and reflections on the video makes it totally unuseable. Don't waste your money.

No brainer buying these!
With such an amazing camera it was a no brainer decision ordering these to protect the camera lenses. Very high quality and highly recommended.

Excellent quality
These lens covers are a little difficult to twist on to the camera, due to their shape and glass material.However, being tight and difficult to get on means.They won't fall off as the standard ones did.The tight fit is a pain but instills confidence they will stay in place.

Great Quality but can hurt Video Footage in Bright Sunlight
There is no doubt that these premium lenses are made with high quality materials and the fit and finish is excellent. They do provide excellent protection of the X4 lenses.However, I have found in bright sunlit conditions they do introduce noticeable, and sometimes significant, reflections and glare into the video footage, even after I have taken great effort to ensure the lenses are clean. Strangely enough, the standard lens guards introduce fewer reflections and less glare into the video footage but provide slightly less protection than the premium lens guards. If I feel I am filming with low risk to the camera, I'll use no lens guards. If I feel there is a risk to the camera, in bright sunlight I'll use the standard guards, and in cloudy conditions I'll use the premium guards.
