I tried this after hearing good things from a friend, but I wasn’t expecting it to work THIS well. When I’m stressed about work, I take B4. When I see family I don’t feel like talking to, I take B4. When I’m forced to go to the mall and shop with my girlfriend, I take B4. It makes me happy, focused, and calm. And the energy boost it gives last just as long if not longer than coffee. 10/10. Well done.

I'd been eyeing this product for a while and found the sample pack on Amazon. It sells for $70 for 20 packets on the ramp website so I was happy for the sample pack. It tastes good but has a chemical flavor also. It's not hard to drink but it didnt make me feel anything. Not good, not bad, not social or happy. My mental health is great but I gave up alcohol 10 months ago so I do not thrive in social settings. Was hoping this could help with social anxiety and give me a natural buzz of some sort or at least help me tolerate being around drunk people. I didn't notice even a smidge of an effect after finishing the sample pack at 1 pack at a time. This is a gimmick unfortunately.

This has some beneficial effects. I have to try it a couple more times to see the benefits of it. Unfortunately, since the sample pack is the only one available on Amazon, there are many flavors that I wouldn't have chosen. The ones I've tried tastes terrible, worse than expected. I haven't tried citrus yet which would have been what I ordered if I could have chosen one flavor. I'll try to update this once I try that and try the product a few more times. It provides some interesting energy.

This packet right here works wonders! I have been getting a lot of unwarranted stress lately. I looked into a lot of products that would help me regain my focus and confidence.
