Yes i bout this and it does come with two n-enh500s

Q: I want to put a kitchen printer in the restaurant across the street from our bar. Can i connect the network cable from the printer directly to this?

yes, may require a simple cross over cable.

Q: I live half a mile from a neighbor i want to get his internet will this work? he has charter and there is a thin tree line between us

The units have to be within line-of-sight. any trees could hamper transmission and reception.

Q: Has anyone used these with a Camera installation I want to bridge 8 cameras from nearby building

I've actually used this model to bridge out and have connected 12 2k cams, 1 Netgear managed switch and 1 AP. No issues. All run simultaneously and never broke connection.
