Cleans my jewelry well.

I was cleaning vintage jewelry and needed a dip for the items - especially the silver (plate, sterling and just silver tone). This solution works ok - but keep a soft toothbrush handy for getting into small and tight areas because the brush that comes with it is a little too soft even for really delicate pieces. The I did like the cloth and was able to use it to polish the pieces because it is soft and lint free.

Clean necklaces/chains

I’ve never had nice jewelry, so I must admit I don’t really know how to take care of my wedding ring. I have a morganite gemstone with little diamonds, and I noticed recently that my pink gem was getting really cloudy. This jewelry cleaner is so simple and so clear how to use, and I’m blown away but how new my ring looks. It looks like the day I got it!

This product does not clean sterling silver. I soaked some jewelry for a few minutes as directed on the package and repeated the process a few times. I would not recommend this product for any sterling silver jewelry. Also tried it on a platinum diamond ring and the diamond was a little brighter, but didn't clean as effectively as most jewelry cleaners you can get from your jeweler. For the sterling silver, I ended up using the baking soda trick with boiling water in a bowl lined with aluminum foil. Worked in seconds!
