I'd like this honey it has a tint of citrus flavor compared to the clover honey. This makes it great for taziki. It has a more versatile flavor I think. I'm not a connoisseur of honey. Just trying to eat a bit better. It tends to be crystallized. For those who don't want to crystallize this one is going to be crystallized. You're going to have to dig it out of the plastic jar.

This honey is very tasty and it is pure honey. It tastes like wildflower honey usually taste like and I love it.The only downside is that it crystalized a lot. So, it's not convenient to be used as drizzling over food. It good only for stirring into tea or warm beverages.Since the jar is plastic, I didn't try to heat up the jar in some hot water to melt the crystallization.I'd buy it again if it didn't crystalize so much.

This honey looked good. I opened it up. One of the bottles was good until halfway the second bottle I couldn’t even scoop it out. The third one was lumpy. I just did not bother anymore. it was just terrible, I’m telling you don’t waste your money, on this honey

I've never purchased honey online before, but when I saw this on sale, I had to try it. I couldn't be more pleased. Being honey savvy, the crystallization didn't bother me. A full kilo (2.2 lbs.) for ten bucks? What a deal! I know it's a very small gesture, but if every household in America bought a jar of Ukrainian honey it would certainly help their economy. I'm going to try the acacia next.
