I would recommend it with best features vs. other brands I’ve researched. I played 4K video using emby the screen quality was amazing. The speaker in the base is very powerful so you don’t need an extra Bluetooth speakers at all. The system upgraded automatically and maybe because of the upgrade I didn’t have any problem or pop up window issue as from other reviews. Magnetic camera is awesome and good quality. Yet to see the battery performance.

It’s a beautiful device, perfect construction but really limited for uncertified Android 11. If you are ready for YouTube TV, Prime Video, Netflix at 480p then get it (it’s a DRM certification issue). A major flaw was the battery didn’t take charge but after several hard reset it started changing. This should be priced at $350 (only for the design) or get certified from google for android 13 or so.

Great buy! This system has solid 4k picture and sound quality. Wish it came with a bluetooth remote like some of its competitors, I had difficulty finding the right bluetooth remote to work with this Android system.It runs Android 11 so hopefully an update will come out to support Android 13 and later, like other competing systems.Overall this was a great buy and cheaper than equivalent 4k and HD systems on Amazon.

What a bummer!!This beautiful gem just still needs some tuning. It’s beautiful, glides effortlessly, great sound, 32” is perfect… but. Ugh I kept getting a pop up and despite the troubleshooting and all, it couldn’t be resolved and unfortunately I had to start a return process. Amazon customer service were great at scheduling a UPS pick up for the next day and they also worked on getting me the protection plan refunded as being. I mean I only had this item for like a week. I do have to add that although it’s a 4k, the apps must be compatible otherwise you’re not getting 4k. There’s no remote control but I believe you can use your phone as a remote but I didn’t get to play around with this device enough. I’ll give y'all one tip. Don’t throw away your box during your return window!! I’m so glad my son didn’t listen to me when I told him to throw away the garbage lol. For once his chore neglect paid off but I won’t tell him that. lol. Yes. I’ll be sadly returning this item that I was looking forward to.

I was really excited to set this monitor up. I could use it to demo our android apps, watch movies on the streaming services while working out, or use it as an external monitor for my laptops. It worked great for about two hours until it did an update. After that, an error message would appear on screen and there’s no way to get rid of it. Even after dismissing the message comes back after about a minute or so. It’s such a bummer because it was almost perfect, but without a solution to the continually returning error message, it’s worthless to use for my android app demos.Update: I did a factory reset and the smart monitor is working as it should. I was worried that it would be ok for a while, then go back to giving the error, but it seems to be fine. I’m letting it run continuously to make sure but so far, I’m back to being impressed. Since it’s working correctly, I updated the rating from 1 star to 4. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there was no support for the problem which I only found when I did a factory reset before packing it to return.On another note, their technical support responded within 24 hours, however their solution didn’t work. They suggested that I clear cache which I had already done multiple times but to no avail.

I thought it would be nice to have a TV to roll outside on the patio to watch sporting events, with a fire.I have been using it all over the house due to it wheels. I even roll out to the kitchen in the morning while I make breakfast. It is so handy and along with its 4k, very clear.

I absolutely love how easy this is to use. It is absolutely beautiful with an incredible quality, good optics, and a good price. I use it as a telehealth platform, and wheel this sucker around my therapy office. It’s great. It’s very high tech but not hard to use.#UPDATE: Randomly stopped working after a few uses. Charge does not last long. I was so excited and hopeful. Used less than 10 hours. Now it is a very heavy paper weight.
