Great product - many purposes! Only complaint is this shipment arrived in big box that was pierced open in several places! Use smaller box and pad to avoid movement of cans.

I use this more like I do my Inhalers. With my health problems I'll take a couple of hits with it a couple times per day. I counted the shots from the first can and got 104 inhales before it seemed to weak to continue. I have an oxygen meter that I use and my oxygen levels are in the 90% range all the time. I check that before I inhale tho.

These O2 canisters are a convenient way to ease acclimation to high altitude ski locations and other higher altitude places when traveling from low elevation locations.

I have altitude sickness and for those who don't know, it can just mean that you can't breathe well and get exhausted easily. This has been going on for a month. This oxygen was amazing at first. However, as time went on, it did little to help. I am still use it daily, in case it is doing something positive that I am not aware of. At first it did help me to feel better. It's easy to use, there's no taste, and the mask is comfy.
