Microsoft Xbox One S 1TB Console

My son got his first job and wanted to buy himself something with his first big wage so he ordered himself this! Apart from him not waiting till black Friday deals were most Xboxes were 25% off he was still well chuffed! The Xbox came well packaged and all was sealed and brand new... My son set up the unit within minutes of it entering the house and everything seems to be working Just Great! It has Fantastic graphics and looks awesome to watch, my son at present is playing Forza Horizon and it looks fab on our big tv. In my personal opinion I think that the Xbox has come along way since the good old days, I remember buying my husband a Microsoft Xbox Crystal Limited Edition which is still able to be played on, it just the graphics aren't all that good :P But it goes to show just how long they last. So here are our pro's and cons to the new upgrade! The Pro's * It has Great Graphics * You can watch Netflix, Amazon, Hulu & much more * You can watch 4K Blu-ray movies & stream * You can get an Xbox Game Pass to access more games * Connect and play on Xbox Live * It has a 1Tb internal hard drive * Play with friends online * Perfect for gaming The Con's * At the moment the family don't seem to have any negative views on the new upgrade, the only one I have is that it could have come with the 3 month Xbox Live membership. Overall All in all, this is a Great console nothing more can be said as this is exactly what my son was looking for and he is completely satisfied with the purchase.

Never usually write a few but really unhappy with this. Description says all cables and a controller but I’ve been sent neither. Just the console itself. Used my other Xbox cables to power it on and it doesn’t even load up and is insanely noisey. Console is really dirty.

Saw that some people were saying they were getting opened boxes with parts missing, that the power plug wasnt eu and that the codes were redeemed so I was worried but it came to me in perfect condition, box sealed, all parts included and the power plug it came with is an eu plug. It also came with a HDMI cable and a controller and one set of batteries and an xbox live gold code with an xbox games code and both hadnt been used. Also got it the next day with very fast one day delivery! One thing I will say though is it can be slow at times and the graphics arnt exactly top notch and can look a little dull or grainy at times but not all the time only with some games. The frame rates can be a bit tempermental with some games that have been brought from pc to console as well but all in all happy with my purchase and id definitly reccomend getting the xbox premium games pass, I havent really needed to buy a single game and I have about 15 games downloading so far and it only costs 1£ for the first month

This is initially easy to set up with a basic guide to help should you need it, one cable here, the other cable there; the time consuming stuff comes after you switch it on. Updates - that took ages. Registering - that took a while. This came with a code to give you a months free membership, after which it is about £9 a month for the basic membership. One of the reasons for buying this model is that I have a half dozen Xbox 360 games (Skyrim, Dead Island, etc.) that I love playing so the fact that the Amazon site claimed that old games could be played was appealing, except that each disc for each game was rejected along with a message that only SOME of the old games could be played on this new machine; so not happy there as I will have to buy them all over again! You can download games if you are a member, however, I am an opportunistic gamer and do not play well with others so only play by myself and not online, so that part is no good for me. Otherwise the graphics are good. Oh and I this as a Christmas/early birthday present as I am 60!

I didn't think I was going to get much from an upgrade from a classic XBox One to this XBox One S. I was wrong. Firstly I had read lots of reviews saying that people were getting refurbished or opened boxes, or that the mains plug wasn't UK, or that the DVD region code was wrong. None of these were true in my case - brand new, original packaging and security, UK mains plug, correct DVD region Now onto the performance. Your games don't run at a higher frame rate, or give you any form of gaming advantage over the original, however, the control interface is much more snappy. No waiting forever for the XBox to boot up - it gets to the point that you are playing your game about 20% faster The controller has a subtly textured grip, much better than the slippery original I only have a full HD TV, so I can't comment about 4k upscaling on the DVD player, but the movies look just a little more defined in the shadows than the original It's smaller in itself, and there is no huge power brick that needs to be hidden anywhere. It also runs slightly cooler There is no Kinect port, but I never used it anyway, and you can by a hugely expensive adapter if you want to continue with your existing device It's got a proper on-off button, but I find that controlling on off by using the controller seems more fluid and reliable, so I now use that A lot of benefits that I wasn't expecting, and a worthy replacement for by broken XBox one original.

The Xbox and controller our in good condition and work absolutely fine so far. But when I went to order enter the code for the one month free gold membership it said it had already expired!

Produit conforme à la description, la console fonctionne très bien, aucun problème, quelques marques d'usure mais c'était précisé dans la description et n'empêche pas le bon fonctionnement. Je suis satisfait de mon achat et le recommande.

En mi caso es una "reacondicionada", que creo recordar que en la descripción decia que solo tenia daños en la caja (pequeños agujeros de golpes, concretamente). No tenia intención de hacerme con una porque ya cuento con PC+PS4, pero al verla por 169€, siendo el modelo Slim (S) y con la garantia de Amazon, quise probar suerte. Lo único que le noto es un leve sonido de roce en el ventilador, aunque incluso con eso es prácticamente silenciosa. Aun teniendo juegos exigentes en sesiones largas nunca aumenta el sonido ni la velocidad del fan, y ni siquiera se calienta la carcasa. En ese aspecto me ha sorprendido. Por otra parte, no he notado ningún bajón de frames en ningún juego. Ese pequeño extra de potencia la mantiene en unos estables 30/60fps según juego, cosa de agradecer ya que con el "Motionflow" de la TV consigue una "falsa fluidez" en los juegos que van a 30fps muy cercana a los 60fps de PC sin generar imágenes distorsionadas o borrosas, como suele ocurrir en PS4 cada vez que baja de los 30fps. Creo recordar que este modelo es un 40% mas pequeño que el original y no tiene la fuente de alimentación externa, aparte de un ligero empujón en las velocidades de GPU y CPU, además de una reducción de consumo y calor al ser fabricados en un chip más eficiente. Aparte cuenta con un lector Blu-ray UHD, y permite jugar con HDR si tenemos una TV preparada. Estos datos son de cabeza y de lo que tenia entendido, con lo que puede que alguno no sea correcto. A este precio volveria a repetir sin dudarlo.

L'xbox che ho acquistato era un prodotto wearhouse, inizialmente ero titubante in quanto si tratta di prodotti usati e/o ricondizionati ma devo dire che per il momento è tutto ok. Vedremo poi nel lungo periodo se si mantiene positivo il commento. L a spedizione è andata molto bene, in conformità alle tempistiche segnalate.
