Great Camera For The Price
Works great with Hikvision nvr. Easy setup. Picture looks as good as any of my other cameras.

Great deal for the pice
Well designed and functional for a $40 POE camera. Withstands all weather conditions perfectly. I run 5 of them on BlueIris and with the proper AI hardware they can recognize people and vehicles 97% of the time. License plate and facial recognition will not work at distances due to low FPS. Great internal configuration options. Only negative is there is some blur and ghosting of movement in non-IR night mode. All and all it's a good buy

Interent Explorer set up, or App that doesn't work: Choices.
I found this camera with the Blue Iris search app and it set up very easily to display in Blue Iris. The quality of the display seemed fairly good for the short time I had it, although I doubt it's even 4mp. The bad news: Instructions state you can only change settings using INTERNET EXPLORER or their app from Alibaba in Singapore. I tried to get it to work with MS Edge. Although it would login in, nothing appeared in the display. I even tried to set up the camera with the app from Singapore. It's a very crude app, and I couldn't get it to do anything at all, although I admit I might have been using the wrong download (there's like 20 on the page) or simply I didn't know what to enter. This appears to be a very old tech camera that basically requires old tech to use it. They claim it will work with an NVR but I have my doubts. Better to pay a little more to get a little better camera.

You Need to 100% Buy These Cameras!!!
Unbelievable service! We bought 14 new cameras for our church. We called the number on the business card inside the box. Within minutes Jeff had us up and running. He even helped me with a couple POE issues. We decided we wanted to upgrade our NVR. We bought a new one. I called Jeff back when the NVR support couldn't find the cameras and told it wasn't compatible. I immediately called Jeff. Again, within 5 minutes he had all the cameras running. He's incredible! The company is incredible. And to top it off, the cameras have a great picture. Thanks Jeff and Marquis!!!

Picture quality is good, but audio doesn't work (at least over rtsp stream)
I bought these to use as IP cameras hooked up to frigate NVR. They do work, although they only work if first encoded with ffmpeg, and won't work directly into go2rtc. lame. The image quality is decent though, both streams work as advertised and object detection has been working fine with these cams. The real downer is that audio doesn't work. I've spent a while in my terminal trying all kinds of ffmpeg commands and i can't get audio to work on the rtsp stream. There are constantly errors like "Error parsing AU headers=N/A bitrate=N/A speed=N/A" which can sometimes be normal in ffmpeg, but in this case i genuinely think that audio isn't being encoded into the rtsp stream, and i'm done spending time on this. I separately bought the actual Amcrest camera and it works perfectly without much effort at all. I am new to the world of security cameras, so learn from my mistakes: Save yourself the headache, buy a reputable brand and spare yourself hours of fruitless tinkering.

Not bad for the price!
This camera had issues staying logged into my software, but after contacting support they set me up with a Firmware update by email and I installed that and it solved my issues. For a stationary or fixed view security camera it does a great job for my needs with very good daytime imaging. The night time it's not good for too far of a distance and has a trouble changing from dusk to dark, so now I keep a security floodlight on and that enhances it quite a bit at night. Probably not great in total darkness at night.
