This Nerf Super Soaker water blaster has a tank made from recycled plastic bottles, and comes in recyclable paper-based packaging that is plastic free except for the tape and adhesive. Hasbro is important to environmental protection and the preservation of our resources. Every packaging counts - please recycle accordingly. This Nerf Super Soaker XP50-AP blaster invites players to have plenty of water fun just like the original, as it has the original compressed air mechanism and classic style. It ensures that modern water warriors have a blaster experience like in the past. The tank is filled, the handle is moved to fill the tank with compressed air, and then the trigger is pressed to fire a water jet triggered by compressed air. The Nerf Super Soaker XP50-AP compressed air powered blaster provides lots of fun. The tank holds around 709 milliliters. Nerf Super Soaker and all related properties are trademarks of Hasbro. Review: Super soaker - Remind me of back of the day Review: Not well made - Loses pressure easily, barely works even right out of the box.

Low quality
Very poorly made, the water tank leaks all across the top seam. Nowhere near the quality of the old super soakers from the 90s. The one I received was not usable since it could not hold any pressure.

The Kids Agree - Old School was the Best School
My kids didn't find it intuitive that the older super soakers were better because you had to pump them, but they get it now that they've tried it. We have lots of water toys (battery-powered, hose-filled with quick-charge... you name it), but the kids all prefer fights where they all use the XP50. The reason? The pump-up action forces you to be a bit more strategic and do more run-and-gunning, versus the newer models that you can empty as fast as you can fill (meaning a lot more time spent in-transit or filling rather than PLAYING). My kids were ranged 8-13 and they all loved these. 1 star deducted however because I am 100% sure these don't pressurize as well as the OG's. I don't know what component they decided to save 87 cents on, but I'd swear you used to be able to charge these up more.

Cheaply made don't expect much out of it
As kids of the 80s/90s we got this for some fun and nostalgia. It's nothing like the original, very cheaply made, leaks and one drop from 2 feet and it cracked, deeming it useless. For the price tag and brand name, I expected more. Bummer.

Optisch eine Augenweide, fängt den alten 90er Flair super ein und ist nach wie vor ein technologisches Wunderwerk.

misleading product photos. Item comes in a plain cardboard box, no packaging. Item itself is fine.

After 3 uses it developed small cracks and wouldn't hold pressure. Seller wouldn't replace it, avoid this water pistol.
