Q: Anyone know what gauge wire this harness has I gotta extend it?

I think it is 14 or 16 gauge. You don't need a heavy-gauge, there is not that much current being drawn. Ware proofing the connections is much more important especially the relay connection.

Q: Is there a wiring diagram that comes with this? Does one end connect to the power + of the battery and something to ground?

No wiring diagram with the harness. Just connect the red wire to positive side of battery and the black to ground. One connector connects to the headlight harness.

Q: Can i connect both headlight with the harness o just for one headlight?

The harness is used to sit between the battery and the projectors. It will connect the hid ballast to the relay. Only one connector of the harness needs to be connected to your one factory headlight connector. The other factory headlight connector will not be coonected and just tucked away neatly avoiding possible water damage.

Q: If I use this harness for my Hid’s are the flicker resistors still required

My application didn’t require resistors. Your setup might need them.
