It yohoooo! It's fun over nutrition. But I have bought these maybe like 5 times and they always are good quality, they keep well and we (I mean she) enjoy them. And this is the closest thing my daughter will drink to milk, it does not upset her stomach so much.

I sent to my adult son he loves it I also drink it taking coq10 It’s flavorful Only downside. I wish the straw s quit falling out I solved that, I saved one rinse it off Packed great.
