These rubber ramps are very well made and should last many years. Customer service is excellent.

Overall the product is great and very functional. However, I order these frequently and they are curled into a box. Can you please package these in a flat box? I had to place weights on them in order to get them to flatten out. Product would be 5 stars but the packaging sucks and it takes 3 days to get it to lay flat.

Product itself is really nice and heavy duty. Issue I had was that this was rolled up and shipped in a small box. I flatten it out and left it for a few days with about 100 pounds of weights on it and it flattened maybe 90%. Why would they not ship it flat so it could be used right away? Poor logistics choice by the shipper on this. Also the double face tape supplied with this to adhere it is cheap and too thin to hold it down, they only put 3 small pieces on it, not taped the entire length. I had to replace it and double face the entire length of the threshold to get it to secure to the floor.

Ramp will not lay flat. I've weighted down under warm conditions and after several days, the ramp will not flatten.

We have a 1” rise going into our second garage. This made it ramped in one spot to be able to use dolly’s etc without having to hop up the bump.

Got the 1.2-inch ramp and it fits perfectly under the work shed door and deck floor. As if it was made for it. This ramp not only acts as a ramp for the various wheeled carts & trolleys my husband has in his work shed but its also a needed stop-gap. There's about an 1.5-2 inch gap between the deck floor slat & the shed that's big enough for smaller snakes to climb from underneath the wooden deck flooring. This ramp gives no room for anything bigger than an ant or tiny spider to go through. This rubber ramp is quite sturdy and solid. It's constructed well and is able to take outdoor conditions. No problem from the rainstorms we've been having recently. Greatly recommended.

Their ramp is made of good materials and the size is exactly what I ordered. The way the company chooses to bend to ship is a major issue. I am writing this review after 2 days of try to get the ramp to lay FLAT. Hopefully one day it will lay flat so I can use it as intended. This problem could be avoided if they would ship it flat like the other ramps I have ordered.
