Good on the product:1. Godrej professional installation2. Fits well on Wooden door with thickness of 40mm of more3. Robust product4. Unlocks with Pin, fingerprint, Tag (comes with the product, somthing that is used to enter office premises), App5. You can change Pin, remove or add fingerprint access as you need (guess only for 99 people). For a office this may not be a great option as it restricts to 99 people.6. You can call call center and ask for help and they are reachable (I tried calling call centers of other companies, I could not even get connect to their executives)Something that you should know:1. Please check if you are overseas and you plan to unlock the house from the app living abroad (generally people living abroad do it for old parents living in India), the app may not be available for installation abroad.2. Fairly consistent but sometimes it takes multiple attempts to login with fingerprint3. Don't reschedule the installation if you have selected the date. If the guy comes at your door and you ask him to come again then it becomes chargeable visit (guess Rs. 200, installation is still free)4. I suggest keep your traditional lock also operational. This is electronic and you never know some day that traditional lock can be handy5. Many ask Yale vs Godrej. Yale is a great company, but yo get all the features of this lock you may have to spend 50% more. Hence I avoided Yale. However, all other doors at my home have brass Yale locks and they are awesome.6. Don't chew head of the installation guy, they come from Godrej and they are supposed to take care of installation.7. Best is to learn how to use Godrej App as for non IT people that can get a bit overwhelming. You need to have your internet on at home (I guess, please double check it) if you need to unlock from app.Hope you found this review helpful. This is amazing and futuristic.

Good product from Godrej, Display, description in Amazon site is inadequate, misleading. Three bolt lock needs 150mm width or more for framed wooden doors, had to return and buy single bolt lock which fits 100mm width of frame. Lock operation on Wifi sends a visual notification only without any audio alert which is a big drawback, Godrej should provide Audio alert along with visual notification, otherwise very smooth, easy to operate, sturdy, It works only at 2.4Ghz and not dual band compatible. Description states Server maintained in India is a big plus point.The service provided was excellent the technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, Installed within time. Lock is highly recommended, it fulfils all except for what is mentioned above, an audio alarm on mobile phone would improve user utility, otherwise a great product.
