Journey to health
Great book. It breaks down in simple terms the science about growing muscle the application of exercise and recovery. Somehow it makes way more clear and simple.

AI art?
I have serious reservations about the authenticity of this book. As far as I can see, there is no copyright symbol, registration, or trademarks. There are no credits listed in the book except a name on the spine of the book. There is no photograph copyright or credit and no citations. After looking at the image on the front cover and thinking it looked off, I'm convinced it's an AI generated piece of art. The content is a decent summarization of Heavy Duty but I find the production of the product to be suspicious.

AI written, repeats itself and talks in 3rd person alot, glad I didn't pay for this
Mike mentzer is a solid role model. This book however was written by AI and kept repeating information and quotes like it hadn't already just said it

Mentzer's
I've been a student of the Menter's training method since the 1980'. I have all his booklets on the subject. In reviewing this manual I find it covers Mentzers fairly well. I also find it is repetitive. In Mentzers books he gives details on the various exercises, I would like to have seen more of this contained in this book. Also, contained in Mentzers publication was info on nutrition. Mentzer went through a process of logging the students eating habits and using this information to develop your diet.I didn't see that hear. Perhaps, future editions could contain this in formation. Finally, I would like to see sample work out log sheets, and nutrition logs that could be printed out.

quality book, but extremely repetitive
This book could have probably been about half as long if the author didn’t constantly recap what was said about 5 pages ago. The base content before being repeated was all very inspirational though I will say.
