I like it. It’s not the best quality of printing, but the machine is very good

It’s good , it does the job. I don’t know if this was a defected product or just simply didn’t work as supposed to do but the only issue I have is that I need to keep it in charge while printing , otherwise it won’t print at all age also won’t shut off if I don’t remove the usb charger cable . The quality of the writing is good , clear and thick black . The paper roll is pretty hard to work with if you don’t have a folder to put it inside , otherwise it will roll over.

Never again! The printer arrived with empty battery, it doesn’t take charge and at 16% it shuts down. 16% was max charge I saw and started going down despite charging. The manual doesn’t provide QR for the app. The app looks like advertising app not a printer interface. Never got to test the printing because it doesn’t work while charging and dies immediately after disconnecting. Very disappointed!!!

It is so complicated to use! How can an A4 paper to be shredded lol

I am having a problem with the connection between the printer and my devices. I contacted the manufacturer and the problem between the printer and the mobile phone was solved, but I am still having a problem with the connection between the printer and the computer. I contacted them again, but I have not received a response yet. If I do not receive a response from them, I will return the printer because it is useless.

Love this little printer. It is not for photographers....of course...or for formal paper documents...BUT....it is absolutely fabulous for normal quick printing such as package labeling, school lessons, car rental vouchers, etc. The set up was easy...I had a few hiccups with that but th customer support was EXCELLENT! All in all 5-Stars for versatility in travel, in business meeting, on the go, etc. It is very tiny...fits in my bag with my laptop. GREAT!

I purchased this thermal printer because it takes a lot of time for me to go out and print documents in France. This thermal printer is easy to use and convenient. It requires no ink box for printing, so it would not cause a waste of ink material consumed by a machine when not used. The printing result is great. You can download a Phomemo app on your pad or phone, and then send documents to this app for printing. In the app, you should select the size of paper used before printing, and adjust the quality of printing effect. I just adjust the printing quality as medium, and it is enough for printing documents. There may be some restriction for using thermal printer. The printing effect on thermal paper would last for a few years only, so you should not expect to use it if you need to keep the files for a very long time. For me, I mainly use the thermal printer for printing shipping labels or documents for short-term use, so it would be enough for me. I wish that I had purchased the thermal printer earlier. It was a loss of time when I traveled out for 2-3 hours just for printing some shipping labels when I did not have it at home. I just did not know its existence earlier. I recommend it.

Ich habe mir diesen Thermodrucker bestellt, weil ich sehr wenig drucke. Da ich mit meinem vorherigen Drucker sehr wenig gedruckt habe, sind natürlich die Farben sehr schnell ausgetrocknet. Das passiert mit dem Thermodrucker nicht mehr. Dieser hat tolle Druckergebnisse, mit denen ich sehr zufrieden bin. Und bitte darauf achten, das richtige Druckerpapier zu verwenden. Herkömmliches Druckerpapier funktioniert hier nämlich nicht. Für diesen Drucker gibt es spezielles Thermodruckerpapier. Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
