First look was so impressive but when wear little bit disappointed because of strap given... Purpose of this strap is really nice but it should be big so that it fixed properly...

Squat is favourite exercise and also the one I struggle so much to get my form right.Especially after a tibia surgery that has caused extensive damage to my right foot and an ankle that has been pronated by 10 degrees further to the outside after the surgery.With the above conditions , I tried very hard to keep my form correct while squatting bare foot.Unfortunately, I was falling forward or not getting full range of motion.These boots are very stable and for a size 10 that I wear, its an excellent fit.I have been very stable while squatting now and can focus on other aspects of the movement in my upper body and glutes.This is an excellent piece of workout gear that one should invest in if you are serious about back squats.Not recommended for deadlifts and front squats.I am better off bare feet again.

Great value for it's price. Sole is sturdy and gives nice support.
