Great so far. There is a QR code in the instructions that takes you to a website where you can download the app. Yes, the website is in Chinese. Yes, I had to guess at what I was clicking on but several decades worth of experience navigating the interwebs helped a lot. The app works great and the controller does too. If I had no experience with solar charge controllers the instructions would have been Very frustrating because of some translation issues, but since all my prior internet and controller experience came together just right, I'm very happy with this and it works as intended. I wouldn't recommend this one for anyone with no experience using solar charge controllers.

The controller itself looks to be of good quality, but the terminal posts were difficult to access and I never did find the bluetooth app. I have a 500 watt system and it could not handle the voltage input . I'm sure there are better alternatives out there.

Instructions are terrible and not clear. Downloaded and installed the app using the QR code on the box and the manual. Neither work and I even tried the example number that was listed. App throws an error message saying "The system or QR code does not exist". The only reason I bought this controller was it said it was a MPPT with Bluetooth connection. I'm using two 100w panels in parallel and it's only getting about 2.0a input. I have a PNW controller that this new unit is supposed to be replacing and it does exactly the same input. I'm not sure if this is really a MPPT controller and just deceptive advertising and a PNW controller in disguise.

This changed the game for me with my solar panels. It regulates the charge so that my phone gets the maximum and right levels of power from my panels. I used to be so frustrated because my devices would take forever to charge and overheat from my panels but this little controller has completely eliminated all of my headaches! Love this purchase.

I bought this as a slight upgrade to other cheap charge controllers I have used. The connections are good. And it has a Bluetooth app. But the app is hard to set up and not very good. The backlight display is horrible. Setup is not easy to use. Directions are not easy to understand. Performance is mediocre. I would save the money and purchase a better quality mmpt controller.
