Q: How do you get the leaves into the stalks? They dont go through.

I have the same issue the one stalk, the tallest one. I taped it on. Tree is not flared out, instructions (which are terrible) don't discuss pulling out to flare. Probably will be a return.

Q: The product name says 6 feet but in the description it says 5.5. How big is this tree?

It was less than 5.5...Mines was about approx 5. I put it in another vase that would fit (stuffed with newspaper) to make it taller. Hope this helped

Q: Tallest stem is closed shut. I will have to return if can't get stem in. How get stem in?

All the stems fitted but some were difficult
