A Premium Lighting Experience for Your Gaming Setup
The Razer Aether Lamp has exceeded my expectations in every way, from its build quality to its advanced features. As a fan of Razer products, I was thrilled to find that this lamp upheld the brand’s reputation for excellence. Here’s what makes this lamp a standout addition to my gaming setup. Exceptional Build Quality Right out of the box, the quality of the Razer Lamp is apparent. The feeling of durability and craftsmanship is evident as soon as you pick it up. It’s well-built with a solid foundation that ensures it will last. Even the power cable exudes a sense of premium quality, matching the high standards I’ve come to expect from Razer products. Elegant Packaging As with all Razer products, the lamp comes in a beautifully designed box with appealing materials inside. The unboxing experience is almost as enjoyable as using the product itself, making it clear that Razer puts thought into every detail, from packaging to performance. Razer Pro vs. Standard Version While the standard version of the Razer Lamp is a fancy RGB lamp that can add a nice touch to any room, the Razer Pro is where the magic truly happens. The additional investment in the Pro version is well worth it. Unlike the standard version, which controls the entire unit as a single light, the Razer Pro features hundreds of individual lights arrayed around the outside. These lights can be controlled independently through software, allowing for stunning visual effects and intricate lighting designs. Software Integration One of the standout features of the Razer Lamp is its seamless integration with Razer software. This makes it incredibly easy to incorporate the lamp into your existing gaming setup. The ability to use the same effects across multiple Razer devices creates a cohesive and immersive lighting scene that enhances the gaming experience. Easy Setup with Matter Technology Setting up the Razer Lamp was a breeze, thanks to the inclusion of Matter connection technology. This ensured a smooth and straightforward installation process, allowing me to get the lamp up and running quickly without any hassles. In Summary The Razer Lamp is a high-quality, feature-rich addition to any gaming setup. Its exceptional build quality, elegant packaging, and advanced lighting control capabilities set it apart from other RGB lamps on the market. The Pro version, with its individually controlled lights and software integration, offers a level of customization and visual appeal that justifies the extra cost. For those looking to elevate their gaming environment, the Razer Lamp is a fantastic investment. Its ease of setup and impressive performance make it a must-have for any serious gamer or tech enthusiast. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the Razer Lamp and highly recommend it to anyone seeking to enhance their lighting setup.

Beautiful chroma lamp
This small lamp has a lot of brightness to it! Doesn't take up too much space on the desk and it puts out so much color, I love it! I did need to do a full reset before it would properly pair up with the app on my phone, but once I did that it worked great. It responds to my phone app now without issue, turns on and controls the color easily. The colors are little slow to respond to the change but it tends to do a very nice slow fade from mode to mode instead of just a harsh change because of this. You can do static one color and there are about 5 or so modes you can chose from, my favorite is the flame (you can select the two colors it will use) - the flame mode is what is shown in my video.

Typical Razer these days, over priced product with zero customer support for it's defect
Don't be fooled by the Razer brand name, this product is a complete waste of money for $130!! It disconnects/disappears from Synapse constantly, and I personally have spent over 3 hours and 10 emails with Razer's "customer service" department, speaking to a different employee on each and every email, only to discover that not a single one of them can tell me how to reset this device and put it into pairing mode! Sure they can read from the same online manual everyone can access, nicely done C.S., but when I have asked (and I have done so on multiple emails) for them to tell me a very simple thing (which would be any kind of indicator that this device is in pairing mode) not one of them could give me a straight answer! I have called them out on this in numerous emails in this chain, and each time have gotten a clearly spoon-fed response that does absolutely nothing to help me. This product could, and should, be great, but with the complete lack of support and product testing from the Razer team, it makes it worthless.

Good product
Ive been enjoying this razer lamp. I use it in the bedroom to have some light while in bed or using my laptop at my desk. It gives off enough light to not disturb my wife and kids when theyre sleeping. I can change the colors on the devices controls or via the app. Colored lights are for a cool background light but need to use yellow or white to get enough light in the room. If you want colors but brighter room, i suggest getting additional or combining with the razer lightbars.

Overpriced but works well once setup!
I got this setup in my office and don't actually plan to use the "gaming" features of it (does gaming really mean you need flashing lights all over these days?!?). I'm basically using it as a small desk lamp as my office is poorly lit with just a single floor standing lamp, so I was able to position this closer to my desk and just use it in "white" light mode instead of flashy gamer colors. Setup was easy with an iPhone, simply get the Razer Gaming Room app, sign in with Razer account, select add device, scan the QR code on the back and it's setup. I then linked it to Alexa and Google and now can control it via voice from either. I added it to a group that I call "office" in the Alexa app and also added in my existing lamp with a smart bulb and can now say "Alexa, Turn on Office" and it'll turn both on/off as needed. After the initial setup, I have not really found a need for the app as I can just control it via voice now and it works great for that. All said, it's way too expensive for what it is, but it is decent as a small smart lamp, but I probably could have just found a small lamp and put a smart light bulb in it for a quarter of the price.
