These are much better than what I ordered a couple of years ago. I don’t have good battery life on my iPhone so now I can charge my phone and use my wired earbuds at the same time.

Update to previous review:As stated I returned the first one to be replaced with same item. Received replacement and began using them. First one failed after a little more than a week, the second one just failed (one week after return period expired) I will not be able to return these so I will offer this advice. DONTBUY THIS ITEM, it’s a waste of $This item is great when you need to charge your phone at night but still want to listen to music. Too bad they didn’t last more than a week.They worked fine for about a week then the volume setting went haywire, suddenly muting or fluctuating up and down without me having touched the volume button on my phone. I tried several different sets of earphones including a brand new one.I returned them & they were replaced with the same item. I will update this review when I find out if the replacements last.

Great.. Carges while I am able to play music. I use the out to go to my mixer when I DJ so if I do not have a song requested, I can just play it through my phone.

I bought 2. 1 works to this day. 1 does not. What else can I say?

I like it. This a great way to plug in headphones that use the 1/8 inch stereo types of plugs. The USB connector is nice to have too. Everything seems to be going USB anymore as well.

This works well to listen and charge at the same time however I cannot speak on the phone while this is plugged in which is why it has 4 stars vs 5. In fairness I’m not clear if perhaps the option of accessing the microphone to speak as well as listen ( such as to music or a video ) is supposed to be a function and what I am most interested in finding.

Estos dispositivos trabajarán con audífonos baratos pero no sirven para mi audífono Bose con control remoto en el cable del Bose. Que hacer ahora con éstos recibidos que no sirven para lo que yo necesito, tienen que encontrar y enviarme unos que si sirvan. Gracias. El terminal del Bose tiene 4 contactos, pero ustedes no han dicho para qué sirve o no sirve lo que venden.
