I love riding my electric scooter. But I have to be mindful where I ride it because I can't lock it up easily. There are no good holes. mounting points on the scooter for attaching a traditional bike lock.This lock changes that. it provides a mounting point on the scooter, and a heavy duty cable lock to easily secure it. The cable is thick. You'll want to find someplace close to lock it (like a bike rack or pole). The cable isn't super long.The build quality is nice. The cable feels strong. The keys are nice and heavy duty. It even comes with a storage bag.It's a great peace of mind and adds value to my scooter.

I use this as a theft deterrent, and also to secure my bicycle to it's carrier while in transport (I don't trust the standard straps). The cable covering hasn't scratched my bike, and I haven't had my bike stolen, or fall off the carrier, so it gets 5 stars!

I was able to use the various sized attachments to attach the holder to my handle bar mount. I put the lock there so that the horizontal holder didn't hold the lock in my way. (I had no room to install the lock to my bike seat mount.) The lock easily attaches and detaches from the mount. This locks and unlocks easily. and as a supplemental lock this is long enough for me to lock one tire, frame, and some moving object. I live in a city, and this takes a lot of security smarts, thus, I use this for the front tire and have a heavier system for the rest of my bike. This lock seems secure and at $17 is a nice little extra as a deterrent to anyone wanting to rehome my bicycle.

Used this for some added security with our ebikes at the campground. We lock them up to the trailer at night just in case (even though they take keys). This has been fine and has worked well for us so far.

This lock probably has the thickest cable I've ever seen. Would be really hard to cut. Lock uses a more secure type of key, pretty much rules out someone having a dupe or universal key. Little bag is nice to hang on handlebars, you can keep the keys in it along with the lock so you never have to go looking for either.Locking system seems strong, typical of other cable locks. Plastic clip can be attached to handlebars too, if you don't like the bag system, but I wonder how long the plastic will hold up under the weight and road vibration.Only downside is that the cable is on the shorter side, around 43" if you stretch it all the way out, which is hard to do because it's so thick and tough. So when you're using this, your scooter or bike needs to be very close to whatever you're securing the lock too. Would have liked to see another foot of cable on this to make it easier to lock and unlock.

This lock has a nice coated cable that is smooth and will not scratch your bike or scooter. I like the dimple key v/s the sawtooth key. It helps it stand out on the key ring so it's easy to find. The lock also comes with its own handlebar mount so it's not taking up space in a pack where it can be hard to find. The keyhole also moisture/dust cover to keep the lock for getting stuff in it which would reduce function. Overall, I'm happy with it.
