Immediate pain relief for me for a few hours
5 stars because it does relieve pain from a frozen shoulder very quickly and that's the goal. However it doesnt last long It's pretty expensive so I'm going to have to find something else. I did notice that although this is a roll-on, that the palms of my hands smelled like garlic for a bit.
