Ours was delivered just today. I bought it to go with a cocktail smoker kit that I'm giving to my step dad for Father's Day. My step dad is a really hard man to shop for so he doesn't tend to get very many gifts and so I really wanted to kinda spoil him this coming father's day. He's also not the type to want anything with any lovey dovey mushy fathers day stuff all over it. This is perfect for him!! I'm also thinking my mom is going to love it all just as much as he will lol. Plus It's more fancier then I thought it'd be. Im so impressed on how good it turned out. Anywho…when you go to customize it you have to put something in the year section and I had no idea what year to put for him. I quickly realized it says that if you want that part blank just put NA so I did and I love it! All the other pictures in the reviews I saw have dates on them so I wanted to come on here to show people how mine turned out just incase your like me and aren't sure what year to put or just don't want a date on it. I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression that you have to put a date on it and be turned away from it because of that. This company did a fabulous job for me and I appreciate it so much hints why I came on here to write a review (I'm not someone who usually writes any reviews. Only occasionally will I ever) Now I'm beyond excited to give it all to him and have to wait a whole month until I can. lol

Fantastic customer service. They emailed me the style I chose was sold out. They offered a full refund or switch. By the time I switched, shipping was delayed & it was close to Xmas. The product arrived after xmas & they still gave a full refund. My manager Loved the entire order. Very nice.

I bought this for my partner’s 50th Birthday next week and upon opening it, it looked even better than expected! The box is beautiful, glasses are gorgeous, but when I looked at the coasters I realized the quote they printed on one of them is totally slanted. The gift went from classy to a little cheesy pretty quickly.For this price it should have been double checked and not sent out like that. That is the only reason I’m removing a star.I will try to find replacements and remove them all together before giving it to him.

This item is exactly as described. Very pleased with the finally product. Engraving was extra, but this is what makes the gift special
