How falling asleep should feel.
I put two squeezes full of this in some sleepy time tea every night and it puts me down with a nice, heavy feeling unlike melatonin or prescription sleep aids— instead of feeling panicky and heart thumpy, it actually feels so nice. Like how you used to fall asleep when you were a kid.

been using (under tongue) for 3-4wks and fall asleep within 30mins. pretty potent so only take half of suggested dose. not for day use, for me anyway, but great for hitting the pillow.great value would order again!

Swo far the best skullcap
Liquid supplements are the best value for the money. Gets me relaxed before I go to bed. Not much of a taste. Tastes good with milk. Good quality and is effective
